Job Description

Our business is in it's fourth year and growing.

We want a CSR who is very organized and is excellent at making repeat customers.

You should already be working during the day USA time zone. You would check 1x per hour for any emails in our ebay store (tech.advisor) and answer questions, print labels for any sold items. This is not a 40 hour a week position - we are looking for someone who is already contracting during USA hours, but has extra time where they can do our email responses once per hour.

Not required, but if it were possible to take in-bound calls that would be a huge plus.

Fairly light work load, but consistent work

Data Entry Manager for Ebay and Website

Job DescriptionDear freelancers,

my company specializes in jewelry and we are currently expanding in online retail markets. As majority of our crafts are unique, we have a large quantities of items to be added on a weekly basis. Thus I am looking for a Data Entry assistant.

In the beginning you will assist me in listing entries on Ebay and our website. Here are the TWO steps of a product adding procedure:

1. You'll be provided several Ebay Turbo Lister templates where you'll have to add listings by adjusting several variables in the templates. Additional files containing certain information will be provided as well. It will take up to 3 minutes to add one listing.

2. You'll be provided an access to our website catalog, where you'll have to add the same product. So you will use the information you've already inserted in Turbo Lister listing. Again, no more than 3 minutes to add one listing.


At first you'll explore the system, read the manuals we will provide, examine the words used in content and our website catalog specifics. I will help you with everything, it is not very complicated and finally you'll see that it's an ordinary data entry with some specific aspects. Just imagine - you're sent descriptions of 300 items, you open the template, change certain variables and readjust pictures. Then you do the same in our website via administration desk.

I expect you to be very disciplined, have good English language skills, be always ready to meet deadlines and have motivation to do multiple tasks at short notice. We will be on constant relationship via Skype. I need a FAST, young and computer literate person who is eager to assist is listing large amount of items.

I am planning to set 15 cents per TWO step listing fee. I expect you to make at least 20 listings per hour. We'll see how it goes, but I think it should cover your hourly rates. The work time is flexible, whenever we have new deliveries, we'll contact you.

I don't believe in hiring process, I will pick someone very fast for trial period. If you're good enough, you'll stay and become our team member.

Interview Transcription for Research Project C

Job Description

Educational researcher needs digital audio recording transcribed. Recording is part of a large qualitative research project; job requires an excellent command of written and spoken English, including some knowledge of teaching and technology-related terminology. The transcript format is fixed and non-negotiable so that transcript contents may be analyzed properly. Please see attached document for format guidelines.

Project requires transcription of two audio recordings (.mp3 or .wav file) that are a combined 54 minutes in length. Due date: Friday, December 2, 2011.

NOTE: Careful attention to detail, including spelling and grammar is required. Accuracy of work must be greater than 90% on this project. Please do not apply if you do not score in the top 20% on the U.S. English Vocabulary, U.S. English Basic Skills, U.S. Word Usage, and English Spelling tests.
