ebay CSR

Job Description

Our business is in it's fourth year and growing.

We want a CSR who is very organized and is excellent at making repeat customers.

You should already be working during the day USA time zone. You would check 1x per hour for any emails in our ebay store (tech.advisor) and answer questions, print labels for any sold items. This is not a 40 hour a week position - we are looking for someone who is already contracting during USA hours, but has extra time where they can do our email responses once per hour.

Not required, but if it were possible to take in-bound calls that would be a huge plus.

Fairly light work load, but consistent work

TO BE CONSIDERED, you must: Email us with the word Apple at the top of your application (odd, I know, but it's how we filter out those who don't care enough to make a real application). Second include the hours/days you are already working in the USA with time zone.
